I can go back 10, 15 years back in a flash and remind myself about things I have done. I can compare my skill, I can revalue my work, tweak it and correct it if it is terribly drawn. I can even make a new conclusions develop different understanding from a note or a sketch I made just a year ago, because I have learned new things in the meantime. There are some many benefits of keeping the sketchbook with you.
